We constantly strive to deliver the best customer service aligned with the most reliable and innovative products and this has resulted in a customer satisfaction rate of over 95%.

Here are the results of our latest customer satisfaction survey:-

Based on your experience over the preceding previous 12 months, please rate the quality of support provided by the Jontek helpdesk team.

Rating:

100% of our customers stated they were satisfied, with 77%rating us as Excellent/Outstanding

 

Question 2: 

Please rate reliability and performance of the Jontek Answer-link System.

Rating:

98% of our customers stated the system was reliable with 66% rating the system reliability as Excellent/Outstanding.

 

Question 3: 

Please rate the Technical and Professional competency of Jontek Field Support Engineers.

Rating:

100% of our customers were satisfied, with 77% rating our engineers as Excellent/Outstanding.

 

Question 4: 

Based on your experience, how likely would you be to recommend JONTEK LTD to a friend or colleague looking for technology products, services, and/or support?

Rating:

95% of our customers would recommend Jontek.

 

Question 5: 

We'd like to ask you about your overall satisfaction with JONTEK LTD.  Considering everything you know about this company, its relationship with you and its technology products, services, and/or support would you say you are.

Rating:

 98% of our customers stated they were satisfied with 75% stating they were very satisfied.

Rating:

97% of our customers stated they were satisfied, with 66% rating us excellent/outstanding.

Based on your overall experience with JONTEK, how would you rate them on Value Received.

Rating:

98% of our customers stated they were satisfied, with 76% stating Jontek gave very good value.

 

 

Question 8: 

Based on your overall experience with JONTEK, how would you rate their Ability to Meet Your Needs.

Rating:

92% of our customers stated they believed Jontek met their needs.

 

Question 9: 

Based on your overall experience with JONTEK, how would you rate the Technical competency of staff

 

Rating:

100% of our customers were satisfied with the technical competency of our staff, with 93% rating us as excellent/outstanding.

 

Although the above results are very good, we have also gained valuable feedback from our customers on where we can improve our products and services further and will be putting together an action plan for 2015 to implement this.
