Jontek are pleased to announce the rollout of the latest software upgrade for
the Answer-link 3G Telecare Monitoring Centre.
We have listened carefully to our customers and all of the new features and reports
provided as part of this upgrade are amongst the most commonly requested. All
our customers will receive the software upgrade at no additional cost as part
of their ongoing annual Support and Maintenance agreement.
We believe this further demonstrates Jontek’s commitment to providing the most
Advanced and flexible Telecare Monitoring Centre in Europe. Some of the new features
included in the Answer-link 3G Spring 2010 Software are detailed below :-
Co Hosting.
Allows 2 or more centres to link together and work in partnership for Mutual
Disaster Recovery Services, sharing of night time monitoring etc. This can helps
towards improving efficiencies and reduce centre running costs.
Voice Recorder Integration
Answer-Link 3G is fully integrated with the current generation of Digital Voice
Recorders, allowing authorised staff to access voice recordings directly from
their client’s calls history.
Simply select the call you wish to listen to and select ‘Play Voice Recording’.
Voice recording can be saved as a .WAV file
- No more having to search for which line the call came in on, time of call or
loading back-up tapes. This allows you to work smarter, saving you time and money.
- Simple and easy to use, Voice recordings are easily accessed and all access is
fully audited.
- In the event of Voice recording being required by a 3rd party, this can be emailed as an encrypted WAV file.
Mobile SMS Text Messaging integration
The selected contact (personal or professional) can be sent a mobile phone text
(SMS) directly via the Answer-Link 3G system.
- Sending text messages is often more convenient than calling clients contacts.
- Details of the SMS text are recorded within the clients Communications tab.
Advanced Programming enhancements
We have enhanced the remote programming capability which now allows programming
templates to be saved and remote interrogation of ALL Telecare alarm units.
- This feature allows you to work smarter when deploying complex Telecare packages,
saving you time and money.
Stock batch entry
The system provides the facility for batch entry of stock using a barcode wand
.
- Is more accurate for date entry plus it saves time and effort when adding batches
of stock .
Real Time Call Statistics Wallboard
This standard feature provides the facility to display your main KPIs on a dynamic
screen/call statistics board.
- At a glance, all staff can see how the overall service for the past 24 hours
or since the start of shift is performing against your key KPIs.
TSA New Code of Practice reports for their “R to R model”
We have provided a suite of new reports to help centres to measure their performance
against the TSA New Code of practice KPIs. These reports can also be used to measure
your centre’s performance against your own internal KPI’s.
