Jontek Autumn Roadshows 2010
Jontek would like to invite you to the next series of Jontek Road shows, to be
held in the Autumn across the UK, featuring the latest enhancements to the Answer-Link
3G Tele-Care Response Centre solution.
Last year’s events were well attended and the feedback from delegates was very
positive with most delegates finding the event to be both interesting and informative.
We will be featuring the latest enhancements to the Answer-Link 3G Tele-Care
Response Centre solution. The final agenda and venue dates are still to be finalised,
a list of venues are provided below. Please contact us to be added to the guest
list.
Amongst the new features being demonstrated/discussed in 2010 will be :-
1. TSA Codes of Practice Revised KPI’s
We shall be demonstrating the latest range of reports designed specifically for the TSA codes of practice to allow centres to measure their service KPI’s. This will be very useful if you are already have/or are considering going for the TSA accreditation. Equally useful if you wish simply to measure your attained KPI’s against your own internal benchmark.
2. Common IP Telecare/Telehealth Protocol .
We shall be discussing the new generation open IP protocol and highlighting the additional features and benefits this offers.
3. Next Generation Networks. (NGN).
BT may have stalled in their 21st Century Network rollouts, but that has not stopped all of the major alternative Telecomms network Providers rolling out their NGN Networks. We discuss the potential impact on the Telecare/Telehealth market and gaining feedback from users experiences to date.
4. Advanced Preview of Planned New Features.
We will be demonstrating for the first time, many of the new and exciting features planned for release Spring 2010 and asking for your comments and feedback, watch this space !.
